Meet Cathy
When it comes to baking, it all starts with Granny. She taught me everything I know when it comes to cobbler. I can remember from elementary school to high school, working summers at her restaurant
and being a kid in 5th grade thinking "there are a million other things I could be doing right now rather than working." But the older I got the more I came to appreciate all those times I got to spend with
her. Her cobbler recipe was renowned and loved by everyone who got to try it. Among many of the recipes that she left me was this one, the one that started it all, Peach cobbler. It's with the warmest sincerity that myself and granny I hope that you enjoy the cobbler!
